**Job Description**:
**ABOUT THIS JOB**
Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist the team in preparation, execution and delivery of projects from desk research for briefing, questionnaire, charting and presentation either with or without Project Management (PM) team involvement.
- Provide client servicing on standard questions and build industry knowledge to support more advanced inquiries.
- Collaborate across NielsenIQ’s business units to support business development and ongoing business process improvements.
- For projects without Project Management team involvement, RE is to managed the project across all key stages (Pre-field, in-field and post field)
- Relevant stimuli, fieldwork briefing & de-briefing
- Fieldwork observation (when required), providing timely & regular updates to client
- Proactive in addressing any possible red-flags, take initiative in finding/providing solutions to any issues
- Prepare relevant code frame for coders in consultation with Manager based on all verbatim
- Final raw data preparation for submission to data processing team
- Prepare tabulation specs, the right charting template and submit for processing
- Engage with stakeholders for any special analysis requirements
- Take initiative in seeking resources/assistance, make corrections while ensuring the project executed within the schedule timeline and budget
- Participate in regular review/feedback of systems, procedures and any operation concerns with the end goal of improving productivity and cost efficiency
- Provide coaching & guidance to new juniors in relevant project management topics
- Perform other related functions that may be assigned
- Drive overall client satisfaction to achieve high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and a high performing team environment

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, Master’s Degree desirable
- Fresh Graduates / less than 1 year of quantitative research experience in a market research agency.
- Background or experience in identifying valuable metrics, KPIs, social media benchmarks; performance reports creation; data interpretation from social listening tools such as volume, sentiment, conversion drivers, influences etc.
- Background in developing quantitative analyses, custom models and ad hoc reports to effectively monitor performance, trends, and opportunities for key brands within social media channels
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint and Google Spreadsheet & Slides.
- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
- Interest in FMCG - Fast Moving Consumer Goods would be preferred.
