**What You’ll Do**:
**Deal Desk/Order Processing/Strat ops Admin Support**
- Be a trusted advisor to the sales team, collaborating on pricing, product and commercial terms and support the APJ DD team.
- Support the contracting process. Review contracts and collaborate with legal and finance on finalizing them. Work as the primary liaison between multiple groups, such as revenue, sales ops, legal, finance, pricing, to help facilitate the deal process.
- Streamlining and improving business practices (including tools, templates, and processes) to increase efficiency. Serve as an escalation point when needed to help move deals forward.
- Identify and make recommendations for process improvements; assist or drive implementation. Collaborate and share best practices across geos/regions.
- Training and advising Sales and any other stakeholders on pricing, quoting, on boarding process and best practices. Be comfortable pushing back on sales staff when necessary.
- Participate in the implementation of new processes and systems across teams and promote compliance amongst your stakeholders. Provide consistent feedback on Salesforce CRM process and ensure it is properly maintained.
- Sales Force - act as Superuser to your business partners, ensuring they understand how to use the system, where the enablement materials are located.
- Order Management for APJ - Liaise with local and global teams on booking orders.
- Responsible for delivery of contracts/license keys/activation requests for APJ
- Support Strat Ops team ensuring correct lead-to-account ownership, account ownership transfers merge duplicate accounts, run/export reports through SF.
- Support Strat Op's team in maintaining Salesforce Account and Opportunity Hygiene/day to day ad hoc activities.

**What You Need to Succeed**
- ** **Operations, administration, deal structuring, contracting or sales experience preferably in the software industry.
- Adept at business partnering and working with cross functional teams, building meaningful business relationship along the way.
- Self
- motivated and able to work under pressure, dependable with deliverables and deadlines, able to multi-task.
- Flexible to work extended hours during peak periods, especially end of financial periods/ quarters.

**Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart**:

- ** **Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRP/CPQ is preferred.
