**You will be responsible for and take pride in...**
- Responsible for the day to day support of our quote-to-order process and also ensure the smooth execution of some of our largest and most strategic opportunities.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to sales executives and their teams on pricing, product configuration, and business terms/deal strategy to support the sales effort.
- Gate-Keeper/quarterback of deals/orders & ownership of the deal process end to end - this person will ensure all approvals are in place and that we are signing clean deals
- Work closely with legal and finance team in order to ensure the legal and financial terms support the deal structure
- Assist with non-standard deal requests, structuring complex deals, driving cross-functional and cross solution collaboration
- Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound offers with the Account Executives
- Identify process improvements and formulate creative solutions when needed
- Drive best practices and provide cross-training to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
- Proactively identify and recommend ways to improve deal desk business processes with the goal of improving decision quality, reducing cycle time, improving deal desk capability, and improving the sales team's efficiency
- Additional duties as assigned.
**You should recognize yourself in the following**
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years combined experience in deal desk, contacts management, finance, sales operations, revenue operations or equivalent roles. Experience in high-growth SaaS is preferred
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and/or Legal in executing contracts
- Experience with Salesforce required; additional sales productivity tools preferred
- Demonstrated project management experience or participation in process improvement efforts
- Clear and thorough communicator
- Experience with contract review, negotiation, revenue recognition
- Comfortable operating under pressure/with sense of urgency
- Experience presenting information to key stakeholders throughout the organization
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience driving and managing multiple projects independently
- Experience presenting information to key stakeholders throughout the organization

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
