**Role Purpose**

This role will work closely with the Recruitment Consultant team
- Our Team of **Researcher/Sourcer/180 Consultant **will assist the role fulfillment of the clients/accounts you brought in. Ensuring you hit the necessary KPIs needed to achieve your goals.

**About the Job**
- Proactively source and attract high-quality clients, using a range of direct sourcing strategies, market mapping, and networking, etc
- Provide quality communications and good service throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain talent pools for both current and future requirements
- Assist in the generation of resume
- Conduct research on industry and competitor trends (through data collection etc)
- Sourcing and Searching on various Job Portals
- Work efficiently and effectively on a daily basis to achieve maximum results
- This role must be based in Singapore

**Requirements**:

- Possess CEI certification
- One to two years of experience in a recruitment role, either in house or in agency
- Hard-working with a “can-do” attitude
- Good interpersonal skills
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence.
- Team Player, Self-starter
