As a member of our team, you will be exposed to the world of blockchain, cryptocurrency, play-to-earn, and other web3 projects. Our project is backed by some of the most connected VCs in the blockchain space and we're growing our family

**Responsibilities**:

- Play blockchain play-to-earn games on behalf of the company
- Devise strategies with Growth Lead to help the company uncover revenue opportunities from play-to-earn games
- Execute strategies selected to grow gaming operations guided by Growth Lead
- Keep track of ongoing operations in the gaming guild
- Conduct experiments on blockchain play-to-earn games to determine viability and profitability
- Conduct industry research and produce recommendations on growth opportunities in blockchain play-to-earn gaming
- Communicate strategic operations objectives and goals to Growth Lead relating to revenue-focused gaming
- Maintaining profitability of guild/gamefi business lines & operations according to guidelines
- Reporting and analysis of information derived from gaming operations

**The right person for this role would possess the following**:

- Organised and has good attention to detail
- Enjoys playing games of various genres
- Able to learn quickly and work independently
- Have experience with strategy-based gaming
- Open to managing communities and people on platforms such as Discord
- Have a good handle of numbers and using spreadsheets to develop comparisons
- Has experience in operational roles

**Requirements**:

- Organised and has good attention to detail
- Enjoys playing games of various genres
- Able to learn quickly and work independently
- Have experience with strategy-based gaming
- Open to managing communities and people on platforms such as Discord
- Have a good handle of numbers and using spreadsheets to develop comparisons
- Has experience in operational roles

**Good to have**:

- Has played at least one P2E game before
- Has deep knowledge of the Gamefi space
- Has traded and explored crypto currency and DeFi

Our team is based in Singapore and would prefer someone who is also based here, or at least in the same timezone (GMT+8)
