**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cold caller / appointment setter / telemarketer for at least 2 years.
- Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. CRM) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- Organized and systematic
- Experience in setting appointments for the healthcare industry is a big bonus
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): telemarketing, telesales, outbound prospecting, appointment setting
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
**Job description**:

- Cold call potential prospects to set up appointments for sales team
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the client's requirements
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a CRM (customer relationship management system)
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information for improvements
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals
