**POSITION PURPOSE**:
Assisting ALMT APAC in management tasks for all territories, across all poles, including:

- Helping
- **promote best practices and ALMT Standards** across ALMT, liaising with other regions and Head Office
- Assisting ALMT APAC in all aspects of
- **liquidity risk and buffer management**
- Assist APAC ALMT Management in
- **optimization of market opportunities and with risk monitoring and management**
- Liaising with ALM-T other domains and assist in as
- **coordinating ALMT steering of non CIB poles** (CPBS / IPS )
- Helping head of ALMT APAC and local ALMT to
- **optimize local capital management**, both from a rate and liquidity point of view

**Responsibilities**

**Direct Responsibilities**
- **Best practices and ALMT Standards**
- Definition and adoption of standards for ALMT in the region, for both CIB and CPBS / IPS activities, liaising with other regions and Head Office to set forth best practices
- Strengthening ALMT’s presence in the region, positioning the transversal activity as a key contributor to the strategic planning

**Contributing Responsibilities**
- **Coordination for ALMT steering of non CIB poles**
- In coordination with ALMT HO Steering CPBS / IPS, advising on market conditions and regulatory landscape
- Ensuring consistency and efficiency across APAC CPBS / IPS and related CIB activities in pricing and modelling (example Non-Maturing Deposits)
- Implementation of FTP, Liquidity, Risk Monitoring and Governance (IRRBB, FXRBB, Liquidity)
- Funding plan: assist with planning and execution of funding plan in close interaction with concerned entities and with market contact. Coordinate intragroup funding
- Duty of alert in case of liquidity concerns and to consolidate information for management with a Country view.
- **Optimize local capital management**
- Propose and maintain modelisations in non-fungible currencies adapted to local market realities
- Propose a governance related to the management of local capital
- Contributing to the optimization of structural elements booking and investments
- **Liquidity risk and buffer management**
- Optimize calibration of resulting liquidity buffer throughout countries in the region, evaluating investment opportunities and transferability constraints
- Coordinating the development of funding plans for entities in the region
- Support ALMT APAC with strategies, systems and tools
- **Market opportunities and risk monitoring**
- Definition of markets’ dashboard for senior regional management to highlight current conditions and help inform business and investment decisions
- Definition of a risk dashboard to help APAC management to balance risks across the region
- Discuss market opportunities across territories to help head of ALMT APAC in arriving at the optimal strategy and to assist in the implementation
- Follow-up on risk issues, by helping Head of APAC ALMT in preparation of relevant communication, included but not limited to Risk Committee
- Keep abreast of all major developments related to Steering activities and their impact on operational Treasury and potential impacts on other métier / poles
