Rida is a Singapore-headquartered startup that is transforming e-commerce fulfillment and same-day delivery.
Today, consumers want everything, as of yesterday. But for various reasons, fulfillment and deliveries have not kept pace with changing consumer expectations. Rida’s integrated approach to fulfillment and same-day delivery is changing all that.
Our platform helps merchants to simplify their processes—from fulfillment to delivery. Our batching and routing capabilities lower delivery costs significantly. And a single frontend unifies order management and interactions with multiple e-commerce platforms.
As a result, merchants get to unlock tremendous business potential in terms of reaching more customers, more times a day, and all at a lower cost.

**How you will drive impact at RIDA**:
- Grow the company by overseeing Branding, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success strategies, with a focus on growing merchant pool and increasing retention.
- Execute sales and business development strategies, presenting new business opportunities that will increase brand awareness, drive sales and boost customer revenue.
- Improve on areas of deficiency and identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Design a funnel from lead generation to sales and customer success and retargeting.
- Expand on existing growth metrics and tracking with actuals.
- Research market trends and data to aid the team’s development of growth strategies.
- Manage team performance and development.

**Compensation Range**:
Base of $7,000 - $10,000, OKR Driven Performance Bonuses
