Responsibilities:

- Providing sales coordination work & supporting sales team
- Prepare & managing of purchase orders/invoicing/quotations
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of the order
- Handling of walk-in customers
- Updating stock and liaise with management on sales matters
- Provide customer service to existing and new customers
- Inventory control function
- Supporting Ecommerce fulfilment logistics
- Preparation of monthly sales report
- Other general admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Possess at least an ‘N’ Level with 2 years’ relevant experience (preferably in FMCG industry)
- Good PC knowledge in Microsoft Words & Excel
- Ability to converse in English and Mandarin.
- Good communication skills with good customer service
- Responsible and meticulous at work
- Able to multi-task & meet datelines.
