
Sales & Admin Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales and Admin Coordinator, you will be a key player in supporting our sales and admin team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating sales operations, and maintaining customer relationships. You will be responsible for:
- **Order Processing**:
Efficiently processing sales and purchase orders, preparing costing and quotation, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- **Customer Communication**:
- **Logistics Coordination**:
Coordinating logistics and delivery arrangements for sales orders.
- **HR and Administrative Support**:
Providing HR and administrative support to the HR and sales teams, including processing payroll, scheduling of appointments and data entry of bills, invoices and other relevant documents.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Building and maintaining relationships with customers through effective communication.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of English and Chinese
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Good work ethics and able to work in a SME company.
- Have relevant experience in post-sale coordination and administrative works
- Basic accounting knowledge & Quickbooks (Advantage)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word
