Senior Product Manager

We’re seeking a** Senior Product Manager** to oversee and lead the roadmap for one of the most critical touchpoints we we have with our customers i.e. Invoicing across all product lines and all our markets.

**What you will be doing**:
This will change as you and the business continues to grow.

Initial focus will be helping us complete our invoicing capabilities for Australian commercial customers:
- Calculation groups and calculation logic- Aggregate and consolidated invoicing- Auditing, reporting & reconciliation

Once that is done, you'll also- Developing invoices to support different customer segments- Working with the business and technology teams to invoice all the different meter types active in the Singapore and Australian markets

Our investments in technology are key to our success. Regular engagement with Sales, Customer Operations and Market Operations will be key to ensuring the business can operate efficiently, and we are able to capture and capitalise on customer feedback to help grow the business.
- Note that this role will require some time management to ensure teams working across Australia and Singapore are aligned and focused on the right things.- Set clear product priorities/roadmaps (in collaboration with stakeholders/business owners) with a strategic mindset, taking into account user needs, market conditions, future trends and business direction (must have)- Have excellent communication i.e. both verbal and written and collaboration skills fostering effective cross-team collaboration across business stakeholders, design, product and engineering teams to achieve our goals (must have)- Identify problems and solve them in a structured manner - including defining and understanding the problem space, analysing requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions. (must have)- Previous experience in invoice calculations or generation- Your learning agility and growth mindset are a source of frequent comment by peers and mentors alike.

- Experience in building automation processes in finance or billing domains.- Bringing order to chaos via product thinking and prioritisation is your superpower- You have previous experience building products/features in energy retail sector- You have managed a product supporting multiple markets
