Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy to all stakeholders, including Trading, Research, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Executive teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for these stakeholders to communicate their needs, expectations and feedback.
  • Identify and prioritise key features and functionality based on user needs, market trends, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and specifications that align with the overall product vision and company objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to guide product development, ensuring high quality execution and timely delivery of features.
  • Prioritise the product backlog to ensure that the development team is working on tasks that align with the product strategy and deliver the maximum business value.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across different teams and stakeholders, managing dependencies and removing obstacles.
  • Regularly engage with internal users to gather feedback and understand their needs, challenges, and usage behaviours.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape in the cryptocurrency and digital asset market
  • Mentor Junior Product Manager and Software QA Engineer
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology companies, preferably within the cryptocurrency or financial technology sector.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a related role
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the digital assets market.
  • Strong understanding of product development and management principles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and use it to inform decision making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
