**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT contracting and staff augmentation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and client-specific sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing models.

**Client Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and translate them into effective staffing solutions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance updates with clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and service-level agreements.

**Delivery & Execution**:

- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
- Monitor and manage the performance of deployed consultants and contractors.
- Resolve delivery issues and escalate concerns proactively to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track and report on delivery metrics and KPIs.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in IT staffing, contracting, or professional services sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
- Experience in managing end-to-end client relationships and delivery cycles.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
