**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Work with Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, Sales manager and the internal team to strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns and CRM campaign management.
- Able to formulate CRM campaigns through data analysis and customer behavior understanding to drive engagement, traffic and conversion KPI
- Plan creative calendar to ensure content is engaging and builds brand loyalty
- Work alongside with brand principal in Germany to keep up to date on global brand programs and campaigns
- Build strong partnerships with potential external parties to strengthen loyal program appeal
- Drive CRM engagement in-store by working closely with the front end team to drive behaviors that are loyalty-focused
- Keep abreast of industry trends in loyalty space to ensure the CRM program is relevant, effective and progressive

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma holder in the field of Business, Marketing.
