**Key Responsibilities**

**Digital Marketing (50%)**
- Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms
- Develop engaging content (graphics, videos, captions) to boost brand awareness and online engagement
- Create marketing collateral (e.g., posters, brochures, EDMs) in line with brand guidelines
- Coordinate seasonal campaigns and special events marketing

**Recruitment (50%)**
- Liaise with department heads to identify staffing needs and job requirements
- Enhance employer branding to attract top talent

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
- 2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing and/or recruitment
- Proficiency in social media ads, content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.), and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
