**The Job**

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand clients’ insurance protection and financial needs and recommend tailor-made solutions, enabling clients to enjoy the full benefits of our comprehensive range of products and services
- Establish and maintain a professional long-term relationship with clients through periodic follow-up and reviews
- Offer proactive and personalized financial services to the clients
- Assist agency organization in management and operations

**Ideal Profile**
- Minimally Full Certificate GCE ‘A’ level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification or Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
- Highly driven and high degree of integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with good leadership
- Passionate and interested in exploring and experiencing the financial services sector
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B sales/ account management, B2C sales / account management or Customer Success role, ideally within the Insurance industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
