Overview

As an Entrepreneurial Financial Consultant at Tokio Marine Financial Advisors, you'll be responsible for acquiring and servicing clients, providing expert financial advice, and achieving significant sales targets. Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships. Conduct thorough financial needs analyses and present tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Financial Planning and Sales:
Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Close deals and generate significant revenue.
Continuous Learning and Development:
Participate in intensive training programs on financial products, sales techniques, and market knowledge. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes. Pursue relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS) with company support.
Networking and Business Development:
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network. Develop and implement referral programs.
Compensation
Performance-Based Allowance:
This role offers an attractive allowance structure tied directly to the achievement of sales targets. Your earning potential is uncapped, and high performers will be rewarded with significant allowances.
Commission-Based Earnings:
In addition to the allowance, you will also receive commission on the sales that you make.
No Basic Salary:
This is a performance-driven role, where your earnings reflect your dedication and success.
Qualifications
A Levels, Diploma and Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates and students are welcome).
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
Strong desire to achieve high sales targets and build a successful business.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to obtain CMFAS certifications.
