POSITION: E-commerce operation assistant
Roles & Responsibilities: Maintain and update e-commerce channels and listings on our website, and the various marketplace platforms such as Shopee and Lazada. Etc. Content and product management included image upload, image update/ edit, price update, product description etc. Manage and create contents on social media & Newsletter (digital marketing) Attend to enquiries and customer service from all online platform/ social media Manage and fulfil online orders Work closely with Logistics on collection of goods, order processing and delivery Regularly updating of inventory on the online platforms we operate in Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Minimum requirements: Have a genuine passion and interest in ecommerce
Have working knowledge & experience of various local & international e-commerce platform/systems such as Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, Shopify, etc. is an advantage Prefer those with design knowledge/ relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft office is a plus Minimum Diploma holder in marketing/E-Commerce or equivalent
Able to communicate, read/ write in English and Mandarin Detail oriented and self-motivated Good communication skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: From $2,500.00 per month
