- Other- Initiate effective partnerships and collaborations with key / relevant partners to strongly drive and enhance the attractiveness of Community Care Leadership programmes with the key stakeholders
- Support the team to organise and implement the Community Care sector-wide Leadership and Talent programmes, such as Community Care Nursing Leaders Programme, Senior Management Associate Programmes etc
- Coordinate, organize and facilitate meetings and for face-to-face sharing sessions, learning journeys, leadership alumni session for sector leaders
- Manage, monitor and evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of the Leadership programmes
- Support the team with administrative and financial tasks required of the programmes including, writing approval papers, procurement of services, budget tracking, etc
- Work closely with appointed vendor/s to convert existing physical training programme into e-learning modules, including content maintenance and administration in Learning Management System

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Able to develop and follow through on communication and implementation of new initiatives /projects in partnership with key stakeholders
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and a high level of integrity
- Detailed, meticulous, organized, resourceful with the ability to prioritise, manage escalation issues and provide resolutions
- Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to provide timely support to the sector
