- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to establish IBU (International Business Unit) accounts function in the Singapore office.
- Take over IBU accounting functions from the Tokyo office and promote localization in the future.
- Drive, support, monitor and report on IBU offices’ account closing.
- Cooperate with the Singapore accounts team to increase productivity and promote optimization of workflow and workforce in terms of accounting works.
- Compliance; Ensure all accounting entries are in line with JGAAP and Japanese tax rules.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with minimum 5 years professional experience.
- Strong accounting knowledge, IFRS/JGAAP.
- Degree qualified
- Accounting and management experience in the construction industry
- Japanese skill would be an advantage to liaise with HQ in Japan
- Good communication skill
