**Summary**

To assist in the provision of Information systems so as to achieve operational effectiveness and efficiency for the company.

**Details**
- To assist in the planning, organising /leading, and controlling of the Information System department.
- To assist in developing and maintaining Information Technology [IT] based systems, activities, and resources to meet the needs of HEA business operations.
- Liaison with users and other support departments, identify and evaluate appropriate IT Tools and techniques. Assist to prepare IS Section Monthly Report and section term budget
- Assist to establish and enforce policies and procedures for corporate data management.
- Initiate and drive continual improvement activity in IS department and promote IT Applications for work process improvement in HEA.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental Policy, reduction of waste generation, and prevention of pollution. 8. Any other duties as assigned by IS Manager

**Requirements**:

- relevant degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience a plus
- Excel Pivot knowledge
- .Net skill
- Good communications
- Basic SAP operation
- Database management
