**Job Description: Kitchen Assistant**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant specializing in making Yong Tau Foo. As a kitchen assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service at our food stall. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in preparing Yong Tau Foo while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

**Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**: Assist in food preparation according to established recipes and standards. This includes food preparation, slicing vegetables, and preparing sauces.

**Stall Maintenance**:Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Order Fulfillment**: Prepare food orders promptly and efficiently.

**Quality Control**: Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in food preparation and customer service roles is preferred, particularly in a fast-food or food stall environment.
- Knowledge of Yong Tau Foo preparation techniques and ingredients is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
- Work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices to ensure a clean and sanitary food stall.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
