We are a multidisciplinary integrated facility management account for JLL. As part of the global JLL Work Dynamics division, we help our clients achieve their goals through integrated service offerings, products and technology. We partner with C-suite leaders to drive their sustainability, technology and real estate agendas, shaping a better world of work. We provide innovative, tech-enabled solutions and global, end-to-end, connected capabilities to help create more sustainable environments, keep people connected and address every aspect of the employee experience and their well-being.
The Energy & Sustainability team takes a collaborative approach across the account to ensure delivery of JLL’s publicly committed targets, notably for our workplaces to be net zero carbon, including a renewable energy supply and gaining and maintaining sustainability certifications (such as LEED, Greenstar, WELL). The account strives for best practice energy and water efficiency, waste reduction, cost savings, pilot testing, occupant engagement, monitoring and reporting results across all of our offices globally.

Our goal is to provide the best sustainability management service to our clients, including net zero carbon, energy efficiency and wellness certifications. Key to this is to have a strong and experienced team, hence it is essential to have a dedicated role for APAC to work with the Regional Sustainability Lead, APAC overseeing a wide range of operational matters for the JLL business as they related to the workplace sustainability goals.

**Key responsibilities will include**:
**Data reporting**: Understand and implement the utility data collection and management standard according to Green House Gas (GHG) Protocol reporting requirements, as specified by the Global Sustainability Team (GST).
Provide training to ensure overall sustainability reporting requirements are understood at regional level, following best practice recommendations.
Ensure relevant environmental and wellness data sources are identified and expand respective data collection to increase the use of actual data via landlord recharges and/or submetering, carry out benchmarking analysis, and estimation for data.
Retain overall responsibility for data quality and completeness for the region, identify and improve data quality improvement efforts relating to relevant data inputs, and support global reporting with analysis and consolidation of data.
Manage data collection process with other JLL departments and/or other third-party data processors (if any) to support the above requirements.
Seek clarification on any items that require further explanation. In addition to utility and GHG data, this role will be responsible for monitoring changes in the portfolio, such as opening/closing of offices, and effective dates of these changes with the support of other JLL departments.

**Sustainability development**: Coordination with site level colleagues, including liaise with eco-champions and facilities management team on sustainability site action plan and engagement with transaction management team on relevant sustainability commitments and green lease clauses with the landlord.
Support the process of embedding sustainability into various account functions of our multidisciplinary integrated facility management team and undertake relevant analysis and reporting to facilitate development and execution.
Tracking of environmental and sustainability certification and perform analysis.
Renewable energy strategy coordination support and analysis against GHG Protocol.
Support integration of sustainability across other JLL systems including internal database for tracking capital expenditure for new offices and refurbishment.
Staff engagement in sustainability through hosting regular meetings with regional team and coordination with communication team, including relevant session coordination and preparation.
Support in account level and corporate sustainability programme reporting and sharing as required.

**Innovation**: Coordinate pilot projects to further environmental and innovative goals, including integration of sustainability into sourcing and procurement, expand monitoring and management to include embodied carbon with full life cycle assessment, etc.

Desired experience and technical skills
2-5 years’ experience in similar analyst role within a sustainability function.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
Engaging and passionate about sustainability with the desire to make a difference.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and a strong ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
Lateral thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
A strong desire to deliver a quality outcome for the client and end users.
Experience and understanding of sustainability and carbon emissions
