Vice President, Vendor Manager

**Your background**
- Minimum 3 years experience or project / program management experience or vendor management experience in a large, global organization
- Experience with internal control teams (audit / risk / compliance)
- Strong ability to partner effectively with clients, peers and external providers in order to ensure delivery of fully integrated services
- Highly organized with ability to drive many competing priorities
- Strong influencing skills through verbal communication and high impact, data-driven presentations
- Self-motivated, results driven and problem solving ability
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)

**What you can expect**

Vendor Manager I role is responsible for the governance and oversight of a portfolio of vendors aligned to the Global Vendor Management team supporting third parties that may vary in risk and complexity. Vendor Managers are responsible for the coordination, compliance and execution of the Enterprise Vendor Management Program Standard deliverables ensuring the business strategy, defined process, and performance outcomes are delivered against established contractual Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

**What you will do**

Main responsibilities will involve:

- Effectively managing vendors commensurate with all associated risks and executing against Enterprise vendor deliverables
- Pro-actively managing performance and mitigating risk for vendors aligned to High risk services
- Identifying potential risks, implementing key controls, and validating the banks performance and risk objectives
- Collaborating with Sourcing in establishing appropriate contractual terms
- Serving as the primary liaison between vendor and end user
- Managing the satisfaction of the business with the vendor to constantly re-evaluate their needs
- Facilitating cross functional communication and work efforts between Vendor Managers and line of business stakeholders
- Identifying issues and emerging risks and bringing immediate visibility to appropriate senior leaders (Front Line Unit/Control Function, Risk, Compliance, Global Procurement and Audit) while ensuring timely remediation
