**What you do**
- Acquire and forge new relationships with key decision makers through telecalls, participating in networking events and partnering with strategic partners and stakeholders.
- Gain a deep understanding of our SME clients' businesses and funding requirements.
- Develop and deliver bespoke advisory and proposals, and recommend our clients a sustainable funding solution from our suite of financial facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Make an impact in the lives of SMEs and their stakeholders.

**What you need**
- 2 years of experience with industry knowledge within the financial services domain.
- Great business acumen with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-driven, result oriented and highly adaptable, able to work under pressure independently and with mínimal supervision.
- Passionate about making a difference in the industry, SMEs and people around us.
