**First Konnection** is excited to partner with a well-established children's music education institution in Singapore to find a dedicated **Early Childhood Music Teacher**.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct music classes for young children using songs, dance, simple instruments, and teaching materials.
- Lead and prepare for annual events such as the graduation concert.
- Teach introductory music lessons to foster a love for music in young learners.
- Create a welcoming, fun, and joyful learning environment.

Job Requirements:

- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Mandarin is required to conduct lessons and communicate with Mandarin-speaking students and parents.
- **Music Skills**: Ability to sing a cappella and basic understanding of musical concepts.
- **Communication**: Able to interact effectively with young children and their parents.
- **Experience**: Experience teaching early childhood music classes is advantageous.
- **Training**: No professional music training required, but basic music knowledge is essential.

Working Hours and Benefits:

- 5-day work week (including 2 weekend days and 3 weekdays).
- 9 hours per day (9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm).
- 14 days of annual leave, with an additional day for each year of service.
- Performance bonus available after the probation period.

All classes are conducted in the presence of parents. Teachers will teach a range of music and movement classes for children aged 6 months to 3 years, with lesson plans and materials provided in advance.

- Our students come from various Mandarin-speaking regions, so fluency in Mandarin is essential to communicate effectively.
- Availability to commence soon is advantageous.
