JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Based on customer needs, formulate advertising strategies, implementation and monitoring on the Xiaohongshu Ad platform to ensure advertising effectiveness;
Accurately understand product information and customer needs, and provide customers with advertising creative writing, picture modification and account establishment;
Responsible for the optimization, delivery and data analysis of information flow advertising, and optimize the advertising effect and improve advertising ROI by analyzing and evaluating data;
Maintain good customer relationships, deeply explore customer needs, and achieve customer marketing goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants with a bachelor’s degree or above with more than 1 year of working experience in digital marketing/advertising campaign position, social media marketing industry background is preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates with corresponding internship experience are accepted;
Be familiar with advertising and marketing business models, especially in-feed advertising, and understand social media integrated marketing;
Have certain data analysis capabilities, good sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure, and be willing to accept new challenges;
Efficient communication, proactive, and good customer service awareness.
小红书广告运营与优化师(吉隆坡)
岗位职责
根据客户需求,制定客户在小红书平台的广告投放策略、实施和监控,确保广告投放效果;
精准了解产品信息及客户需求,为客户提供广告创意撰写、配图修改及账户搭建;
负责信息流广告的优化、投放及数据分析工作,通过分析和评估数据,优化广告投放效果,提高广告ROI;
维护良好的客情关系,深度挖掘客户需求,达成客户的营销目标。
任职要求
统招大专及以上学历,有1年以上运营岗工作经验,互联网行业背景优先,可接受有对口实习经历的优秀应届生;
熟悉广告营销业务模式特别是信息流广告,了解社交媒体整合营销;
具备一定的数据分析能力,良好的责任心和抗压能力,乐于接受新的挑战;
沟通高效、积极主动,有良好的客户服务意识。
