JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage content for Xiaohongshu brand client accounts, identifying key trends based on traffic insights and integrating them into content strategy and output.
Independently create viral content, organize copywriting and brainstorming sessions for creative ideas.
Oversee Xiaohongshu marketing projects for brand clients, optimize and review KOL content, and ensure alignment with overall content strategy.
Write brand briefs, including but not limited to communication materials, posters, advertorials, and trending content.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or higher, with priority given to Chinese, advertising, journalism, or marketing majors.
2+ years of experience in content writing or marketing, with preference for those who have worked in advertising agencies.
Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, excellent copywriting skills, good aesthetic sense, proactive communication, and willingness to take on challenges.

任职要求
本科及以上学历,中文、广告、新闻传播、市场营销等相关专业优先。
具备2年以上内容撰写或市场营销经验,有广告公司经验者优先。
具备打造爆款笔记、视频或文章的能力,有自媒体运营经验者优先。
责任心强,抗压能力强,具备优秀的文案能力、审美观,沟通积极,乐于接受挑战。
