**Job Summary**:

- Working schedule: Mon-Thu 8.30 am to 6.00 pm; Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

**Responsibilities**:
**Partnership Development**
- Engage government bodies, IHLs, training providers, and academic units to promote L&D programmes and secure funding support.
- Manage relationships with MNCs, SMEs, LLEs, TACs, and Unions to support workforce initiatives and redeployment.
- Expand and maintain a strong network of employers and industry partners.

**Learning & Development**
- Conduct training needs analysis, identify skill gaps, and implement tailored training plans.
- Collaborate with schools to design and deliver impactful, learner-centric programmes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
- Stay current with L&D trends to adopt innovative learning methods and technologies.
- Manage the selection, implementation, and assessment of learning interventions and facilitators.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resource Development, or Organisational Development. Certification in ACLP, DACE, or equivalent certifications is preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience and a good understanding of L&D systems and processes, instructional design, content development, training delivery and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Possess experience in conducting learning needs analysis, competency skills gap analysis, and training
- Possess experience in curation of e-learning courseware and managing learning management systems like Canvas, Docebo and/or micro/mobile learning.
- Understand the SSG skills framework, especially the ICT Skills Framework, including SF series transition and course submission and review procedures.
- Proficient in facilitating small to medium-sized workshops and comfortable with public speaking.
- Demonstrated success in implementing innovative training techniques and learning technologies in multiple areas including managerial and leadership development areas.
- Familiarity with learning approaches for adult/workplace learning, including self-directed learning, team-based learning models, will be an added advantage.
