Lead Learning Developer

An experienced professional is required to design and execute learning initiatives, develop talent, and grow the organization across APAC.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, as well as experience in multinational companies, with excellent relationship-building skills and deep insight into HRD. Cross-cultural awareness within the APAC region is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with country HR leads to identify and prioritize development needs through the performance management process.
- Develop L&D strategies and employee development policies, providing regular updates to APAC country leads and global HQ.
- Partner with HR stakeholders and country leads to create employee development plans that accelerate personal effectiveness and align with talent management strategies.
- Establish annual training plans and schedule the learning and development calendar to ensure timely delivery of training programs throughout the year.
- Communicate training programs effectively to maximize participant engagement and program outcomes.
- University graduate or above.
- 7+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Learning and Development and Talent Management.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Cross-cultural awareness within the APAC region.
