**Role Description**

Student Administration Executive provides efficient and effective administrative support in various stages of the Student Life Cycle, including but not exclusive to admissions, enrolment, teaching allocation, timetabling, examination administration, budgeting, Graduation and other related academic services and matters. This encompasses fostering and maintaining relationships within the organisation and University, service providers and community stakeholders, both domestic and international.

**Areas of Responsibilities**
- Administer student enrolment process and issues, handle orientations and online services training;
- Administer examination related matters;
- Manage and update student records, generate relevant reports and handle student appeals;
- Assist to prepare policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures;
- Liaise with Private Education Institutions on CPE registration, audit requests and other related matters;
- Attend and provide admission support in marketing events, previews and education fairs;
- Assist to prepare the student load budgets and forecast for the programs based on student enrolment information;
- Work closely with Student Council on student experience;
- Undertake any other duties relevant and appropriate to this level or as directed.

**Selection Criteria**
- Completion of a degree level qualification with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to organise workflows to meet competing demands and adaptability to a range of workplace expectations and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience in taking ownership and driving innovation, process improvement and contributing to overall corporate operations.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to participate in a team environment demonstrating clear communication and mutual respect.
- Ability to embrace change in response to new initiatives, strategic direction or external requirements.
- Ability to make sound decisions within your sphere of responsibility and take responsibility for delivering to plan and on time.
- Knowledge of, and experience in adhering to workplace policies and procedures in the areas of work health safety, equity, diversity and promoting a respectful workplace culture.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Knowledge of the Singapore private education industry.
- Skills in admissions and enrolment processes.
