**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop the FP&A team
- Manage the financial planning and analysis process including rolling forecasts, cash forecasts, and annual plans
- Responsible for end-to-end customer P&L profitability in collaboration with Site Managers, by providing financial insights and analysis to drive action and support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and action plans
- Prepare presentations for senior management
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and controls

**Requirements**:

- Relevant financial qualification (e.g. Bachelor degree, ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in Big 4 accounting firms is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, to engage and influence stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to manage details but still summarize executive messages to drive actions and improvements
- Team player with experience in leading and developing small teams
- A self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, while delivering desired results
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
