Job Description:

- Handle daily Purchasing function including issuing Purchase orders, Tracking Payment status and Delivery Schedules
- Data entry
- Track Purchase orders and Back order
- Monitor Stock movement and Replenishment
- Create purchase requisitions and monitor purchase orders using Check CSM
- Maintain documentation for Procurement Operating Procedure
- Monitor contracts with vendors and alert users for renewal
- Ad-hoc duties by Management

Working Hour:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm or 930am to 630pm

Job Requirement:

- Minimum O level with at least 2 years of administration experience (preferably in procurement/purchasing)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Student job
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,000.00 per month
