- Based in MSC’s Singapore Regional Office, the Corporate/Key Account Management Team is responsible for directly driving the commercial performances of core clients.In this position, the incumbent will have opportunities to display their abilities, acquire skills and knowledge in the following areas:

**Key Responsibilities**
- You have the ownership and responsibility of driving assigned Corporate/Key Client’s performances:

- Together with Head of Corporate Account Team, to develop strategies and growth plans
- Recommend service enhancements and/or service deficiencies to enhance service capabilities
- Work with relevant internal stakeholders to upkeep service line agreements with clients
- Actively using Microsoft power bi tools or/an analytical tool to monitor performances and business expectations
- Prepare and present business propositions
- Managing and distribution of service contracts
- Achieve sales targets set by management

**Job Requirement**
- At least degree holder
- At least 2 years’ experience in Key client relationship management (preferred)
- Without Liner shipping experience are welcome to apply
- Able to work independently and strong ownership of tasks
- Strong focus on Customer Experience
- A strong communicator in English
- Believer in teamwork

**Remuneration**
- Appropriate training will be provided to supplement and enhance the individual's ability to perform in their responsibilities.
