UI UX Designer, Consumer Propositions

We are searching for a talented UX/UI Designer who can craft visually engaging designs and unique propositions tailored to our partners. In this position, a strong sense of creativity and storytelling, along with an unwavering attention to detail, is paramount. You will be tasked with developing captivating designs that effectively communicate and promote our company’s vision.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Participate in a variety of design projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, development, business development and account management teams, up to leadership level to understand business requirements and produce engaging design solutions
- Use various techniques to produce mock-ups and final design solutions, ranging from clickable prototypes, banners, interfaces, presentations & infographics
- Pitch creative ideas and propositions that contribute to partner sales and growth
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, support sales pitches and optimisation efforts, as well as implement designs
- Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects
- Take a user-centric design approach to rapidly test and iterate your designs

**Experience & Qualifications (Necessary)**
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment, actively contributing to the team’s success and fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
- Experience with design software (e.g. Figma) and graphics editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of design thinking methodologies, visual and information hierarchy
- Ability to adhere to branding guidelines, while creatively solving design challenges
- Ability to conduct research, validate assumptions and communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders in a simple, clear and effective manner
- Experience in sprint participation, able to handle front-end development challenges and work with developers to reach an amicable solution that does not compromise UX
- A keen eye and strong attention to detail, translating into accurate design asset management, organised file management in Figma and version management
- Good time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritise, iterate and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and self-starter, able to take on projects independently and deliver with excellence

**Experience & Qualifications (Desired)**
- Copywriting experience
- Interaction design experience
- Storytelling skill via presentation (Powerpoint or other other multimedia platforms)
- User-centred design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, bootstrap
