Singapore Income Insurance Limited Full time

To provide legal support to CLCO & Head Legal in handling Income's plans and goals for IAG holding company for this and future years expansion IAG and its subsidiaries FA firms, Legal requires one additional contract legal resource, to support below scope of work on a range of agency, corporate, commercial and company law matters.

Further, the legal resource will be required to provide independent legal advice to IAG Board and management team in respect of related party transactions, outsourcing matters between Income Insurance and IAG holding company.

Detailed scope of work as follow:
**Scope of Work**:

- Support and advise on corporate governance, Companies Act compliance as well as compliance with regulatory requirements under relevant statutes and regulatory guidelines related to insurance and agency/ distribution business (e.g. Insurance Act, Financial Advisers Act, Securities and Futures Act, Personal Data Protection Act and MAS and industry notices, guidelines and circulars), including but not limited to drafting, reviewing and high-level implementation of policies and processes.
- Draft, advise manage IP rights agreements, including licence agreements, trademarks and copyrights.Undertake any other legal duties or projects as assigned.

**Qualifications and Competencies**
- LLB (Honours) with 6-9 years of relevant PQE
- Experience in financial advisory, life insurance, general and health insurance, privacy laws. Prior litigation experience is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Able to work independently, be meticulous and have drive and initiative.
