**Position Summary**

**Electrical Simulation Engineer / Senior Engineer **is responsible for product package electrical simulation.

**Key Responsibilities
Work with the internal & external customer to:

- Conduct power integrity, signal integrity, EMC, EMI, EDS simulation for electrical analysis in component level as well as system level.
- Provide comment and recommendation to product design and process optimization.
- Provide consultancy to technical discussion and enquiry.
- Provide electrical input to mechanical simulation for thermal and stress analysis.
- Generate IPs for the company.
- Prepare the simulation reports with data analysis and recommendation.
- Support audits if any.
- Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the reporting manager.

**Requirements**:

- MS degree in electrical with 5 years’ experience OR PhD in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years’ experience
- Good understanding of JEDEC thermal and reliability spec.
- Familiar with material properties which are critical to simulation.
- Knowledge of Cadence, general electrical design.
- Solid fundamentals and expertise in electrical analysis.
- Hands-on skills on simulation tools such as: Cadence, ANSYS RedHAWK, ANSYS PowerArtlist, or other equivalent.
