**Job Title**: Medical Sales Representative / Medical Sales Executive
**Employer Size**: 20-49 employees
**Total Salary**: S$3500-4500
**Base Salary**: S$3000-4000
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
**Monthly Off Days**: 8 days
**Education Requirement**: Diploma or higher
**Specific Experience Requirements**:

- Must have sales-related work experience; if no experience, a background in medical knowledge is required.
- Fluent in English.
- Develop and identify new accounts in the healthcare industry, promoting the company’s medical products to potential customers, mainly medical practitioners and pharmacists.
- Manage and respond to inquiries from potential customers, following up on leads and referrals.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships with business partners, particularly key market influencers such as hospitals, major clinic chains, and pharmacies, with the aim of generating repeat sales.
- Work closely with the Sales Supervisor to develop sales plans and achieve or exceed sales targets through value-added selling activities.
- Keep updated on product knowledge and stay informed about competitors' products.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and market intelligence on competitors to management.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer database.
