Singapore Harmony Road Music School Full time

Business: We are an established music school located in the neighbourhood of Serangoon Garden. Parents trust our school for its consistent performance and teachers for their caring and nurturing teaching style. We believe in empowering our teachers to do their best for their students, inculcating a love for music.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Teach students in the fundamental skills - Technique, aural, theory, sight reading and performance
- Meet parents to discuss about student's progress
- Prepare students for the ABRSM examination or equivalent.
- Train students to perform in recitals and other types of performances or competitions.
- Attend meetings with the team and centre manager.

**Job requirements**:

- Degree/Dip in Music studies (or equivalent) with min grade 8 with teaching experience, preferably major in Piano
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in teaching or related fields
- Ability to work well with young children and young adults
- Mature disposition with a can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the ABRSM syllabus and the classical music industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Warm, cheerful and bright personality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month
