We are currently on the search for a driven individual who enjoys problem solving and making a difference in insurance claim journey to complement our existing team.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Deliver professional and excellent service when completing site assessments, interacting with customers and clients.
- Proactively communicate clear and accurate advice, timeframes and claim progress to all stakeholders.
- Clarifying circumstances surrounding loss and causation.
- Verify the nature and extend of loss/ damage.
- Contributing to the further growth and success of the company.

**_Requirements: _**
- 2 years insurance loss adjusting experience or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant industry qualifications such as ANZIIF or AICLA or equivalent.
