- Qualified graduates who wish to be trained in Loss Adjusting
- Civil Engineers or Marine Engineers who wish to change their career path whilst utilizing their current skillset
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree
- Excellent communications, both oral and written in English
- Good report writing skills
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership ability
- Self-motivated and the ability to motivate others
- An organised disciplined approach to work
- Time management skills
- Solid IT skills
