Singapore PREMAS VALUERS & PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Execution of Market / Rental Values of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies and corporate clients
- Take lead in client sourcing, deal sourcing, preparation of marketing materials for origination efforts and during deal execution
- Generate ideas and pitches for clients and prospects to drive new business across all the Valuation and Advisory business lines
- Able to do indicatives, inspection, data searching and/or derivative valuation

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Degree in real estate or equivalent
- Member of SISV and an licensed appraiser (optional)
- Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills and ability to handle pressure
- Flexible and adaptable; enjoys problem solving and is not fazed by ambiguity
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with attention to details
- Meticulous and numerically competent
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Good origination and client facing skills with relevant client network and track business development (collect research, analyze industry trends)
- Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
