Roles & Responsibilities

**OB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assembles garlands, using fresh flowers and artificial decorations
- Assembles wreaths and garlands, using conifer boughs and artificial decorations: Cuts conifer boughs to length, using pruning shears, and sorts them according to shade of colour.
- Ties boughs to garland cord or circled wreath form with wire, spacing boughs to attain uniform appearance
- Attaches specified decorations, such as holly, artificial berries and ribbon
- Ties the flowers for marriage orders and temple orders day by day

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in this industry
- Very knowledgeable on making different styles of garland for different occasions or prayers
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
- Thinking outside of the box to create unique garland arrangements in line with the occasion and settings
- Organized and able to keep on top of multiple orders
- A team player
- Ability to multitask, work efficiently and pay attention to details
- Communicative and well organized
