**New Talent Enablement Project Manager (APJC)**

**What You Will Do**
- Lead the PM process for APJC Programs/Projects
- Leads the day-to-day operational aspect of APJC Regional Enablement Projects
- Collaborate w/ Regional X-functional teams
- Build high-level, detailed schedules and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project achievements
- Own and lead communication plans across projects
- Build positive relationships while holding teams accountable for delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Evaluate the success and value of a project

**Who You Are**
- Works with a high degree of Respect, Accountability, and Integrity
- Familiarity with Cisco’s Solutions and Technology
- Self-motivated, organized, and communicates clearly and concisely
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish relationships with a range of business partners
- Proactive approaches to problem-solving
- Proven track record to handle confidential information
- Ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- BA/BS degree or equivalent plus 5+ years related experience
- PMP Certification (preferred)
