At **Common Man Coffee Roasters**, we don’t just serve coffee — we live and breathe it. We’re looking for a **Service Captain**who thrives in fast-paced café environments, loves the buzz of weekend brunch crowds, and brings leadership, charm, and a true hospitality heart to the floor. If you can pair a perfect V60 with a great guest experience, let’s talk.
**Location**:

**Schedule**:
- 44 hours/week | 5-day work week
- **Your Day-to-Day**:
- Take the lead on floor operations, ensuring seamless service from first flat white to last pour-over.
- Guide and mentor the service team to deliver consistent, guest-centric hospitality.
- Recommend and pair coffees, cocktails, and wines confidently — elevating the guest experience.
- Be the bridge between the barista bar, kitchen, and guests — ensuring speed, accuracy, and smiles.
- Manage bookings and walk-ins to maximise flow during peak brunch rushes and weekday lulls.Maintain a clean, safe, and service-ready environment.
