**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the production and integration of 3D art resources (including but not limited to objects, buildings, and vehicles) based on the level planning, to flesh out the overall frame of the game world. Integration includes: recycling and integration of model resources, production of main connecting objects, lighting settings, special effects placement settings, dynamic resource integration, regional animation resource production and integration, overall gameplay collision body verification, etc.

2. Cooperate with TA and programmers to formulate game optimization plan

3. Work closely with the main artist or art director to ensure that the levels follow the game art style and technical specifications.

4. Make a detailed work schedule, sort out the production cycle and workload of the actual level, formulate task priorities, identify and confirm risk points, and propose solutions. Ensure and gatekeep the quality and progress of tasks.

**Experience and Qualifications**:
More than 1.5 years working experience in game industry

2. Have experience in PBR level production

3. Familiar with engine lighting system and rendering

4. Familiar with various modeling and texture making software (ZB, 3DMax, Maya, PS, SP, etc.)

5. Proficient in Unity engine, and understand Unreal or other game engines

6. Solid art skills and good art appreciation ability, able to create atmospheres through color matching, shadows, silhouettes, composition and art asset layout, and build game scenes with the best visual effects. Can quickly adapt to different art styles, and have some understanding of European and American cartoon styles.

7. Good at adjusting or improving processes for level production, to achieve a balance between art presentation, and performance.

9. Good communication and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and resilience in facing challenges, with a pro-active attitude.

Bonus:
1. Have experience in participating in successful European and American animation projects.

2. Able to communicate in English at work

**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
