Our Client is an established company in Singapore, who is seeking to recruit a Technical Manager (IT Infrastructure).

**Technical Manager (IT Infrastructure)**

The Technical Manager is responsible to manage the team for, career development and competency building up, and also be responsible for the design of system / solution (in the domain of Infra, Network and Cyber Security) that will meet the customer’s business environment and objectives to create unique value propositions to the customers. He is responsible for creating the most appropriate architecture for solution and maintaining control over the architecture throughout the entire project lifecycle from conceptualisation, pre-sales to post-sales. This includes defining and establishing the design of the system taking into considerations integration of various components, identification and mitigation of known technical risks, architectural principles, technology standards and best practices.

**Key responsibilities**
- Overall In-charge of a team of network, system and Cyber engineers and
- Provide training on network, cyber infra architecture and operation, ensuring the team is competent to answer and to resolve reported incidents within the SLA targets
- Scheduling of duty network engineer for off-office hour support for incident calls
- Planning of network, system and cyber maintenance schedule
- Enhancing network support capability with various stakeholders
- Able to review network architecture for area of improvement and made recommendation to customer.
- Coach, train and mentor system / project engineers.
- Develop and manage a group of individuals to be part of the focused competency community to support the growth expectations of the business

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, network or cyber security related disciplines
- Typically 10 years’ experience with in-depth knowledge of business domain and pre-sales solutioning and is in abreast with evolving technology capabilities
