You will be a part of HPB’s **Healthy Food & Dining **(HFD) team, which strives to design, develop, and implement various strategies to make healthier food and drink options more widespread and accessible. Working with food manufacturers, retailers and F&B partners, we create a supportive environment through sustainable health promotion policies and programmes such as the Healthier Ingredients & Development Scheme (HIDS), Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS), Healthier Dining Programme (HDP), and Healthier Meals in School Programme (HMSP). Additionally, HFD aims to change Singaporeans' eating habits through public education campaigns, large-scale promotions, and engagements via offline and online channels, such as the Eat Drink Shop Healthy Challenge, to reduce the burden of obesity in Singapore.

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT**

As a key member of the Healthy Food & Dining team, you will have the opportunity to develop national strategies for Healthier SG and implement innovative healthier food products programmes, to encourage Singapore residents to make healthier dietary choices. You will oversee the daily administration and operations of the **Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS) Programme **, including proposing and supporting IT enhancements to the HCS Online portal, undertaking necessary audits, identifying and management of operation risks, working with different manufacturers and partners in the food supply chain, to ensure its continued success.

You will also be involved in the development and design of nutritional content, public education campaigns and digital programmes to support policy directions, improve nutrition literacy amongst various population segments and drive consumer demand of healthier options in the marketplace.

**BE PART OF THE TEAM**

Join us if you are detail-oriented, process-driven, and a dynamic team player. Together with other team members, you are also expected to drive key projects and initiatives and have a strong sense of initiative and business ownership.

You should also possess the followings:

- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or large-scale programme administration roles, with proven experience and ability in the administration of grants, business operations, or similar large-scale partnership programmes, and in managing vendors or contractors.
- Experience in new product development for consumer-packaged foods or in food service, food nutrition/ science related projects would be an advantage.
- Possess strong relational and project management skills, be able to influence and effect change, garner resources, and manage people and projects independently.

In addition, having relevant qualifications in Dietetics, Food Nutrition, Food Science and Technology, or any related discipline/relevant experience will be an added advantage.
