**Position Summary**:
- The HR Executive will be performing for group level payrolls by working with respective colleagues based in SEA
- Incumbent will be supporting in all compensation and benefits related matters
**Responsibilities**:
- Process monthly payroll including statutory contribution and taxation reporting.
- Comprehend with all entities payroll structures and processes including social contribution except SG
- Submission of government claims (NS Makeup claim, childcare leave, maternity benefit, paternity leave, shared parental leave, training grant, etc)
- Coordinate and support in group level performance appraisal, annual increment and bonus review exercise
- Perform letter generation for annual merit increment and bonuses payout
- Perform time attendance and leave management system
- Administer Insurance & WICA matters
- Employees record creation and maintenance in HRMS
- Prepare payroll-related reports and other ad-hoc reports as and when assigned
- Assist in audit inquiries
- Stand-in for admin role when required
- Support on all HR transactional/operations as and when assigned
**Job Requirements**:
- Experience in performing payroll and documentation
- Taxation submission including working with overseas colleagues
- Experience in production/manufacturing environment is preferred
- Basic employment act knowledge
- Good understanding of the HR principles and practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel i.e. vlookup, pivot table, etc.
- Meticulous, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good in reconciliation
- Sensitive to numbers
