**Job Summary**

DESCRIPTION

Our team is looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Recruiter to join our Human Resources team, supporting hiring for our retail team across 11 stores in Singapore. The role will be based out of Singapore (our regional HQ) and this person will be responsible for partnering with senior stakeholders (i.e Country General Manager, Operations Director etc)to hire the very best talent to our growing teams, across both full-time & part-time capacities.

A day in the life

This is an exciting and dynamic role where you will be working with key stakeholders across our retail business in Singapore. This is a great opportunity to help the Retail business in achieving our business goals through building a strong talent pipeline & fulfilment rate.

**Responsibilities**:
Recruitment & Campus Outreach

Hiring for Singapore Retail Teams across >10 stores
- Effective talent partner to the Store Leadership & Country General Manager, Retail Experience teams, leading end-to-end recruitment for beauty advisors, retail associates, store managers & store directors.
- Partnering with campus outreach program
- Writing & posting job advertisements on in-house ATS/ LinkedIn & other relevant platforms.
- Source applicants through in-house Application Tracking System, online channels, and other professional networks, industry partners.
- Plan & assist in interview and selection procedures
- Maintaining list of active & pipelined talent pool in the relevant sector especially for store leadership roles
- Providing internal resourcing consultancy service to hiring managers including the provision of advice on all recruitment issues
- Analysing and implementing process improvements

**Requirements**:

- >/3 years of Recruitment Experience in volume hiring (both in-house or agency experience are welcomed). Recruitment experience in retail sector will be of advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraint
- Project Management skills
- Resourceful, problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, proactive, inquisitive.
- Strong learning agility, open-minded to challenges & new initiatives
